We worked with Lisa to offer two hour-long live webinars for our healthcare employees and leaders – Workplace Bullying and Assertive Communication. We hadn’t worked with Lisa in this capacity before, but we’d seen her TEDx talk so we knew she was an excellent speaker, but she blew us away with both of her sessions! Lisa has an engaging style, a powerful voice, and offers many relatable examples that support learner understanding. She was able to distill down assertive communication into very clean, memorable, and actionable information for those who had not heard or applied it before, or who needed a refresher.
