1:1 Coaching – certified, experienced coaching support for managers seeking to build leadership skills. The process begins with an intake meeting between HR Know-How and the sponsor. It is followed by consultation between HR Know-How and the manager. Based upon those engagements a customized plan is developed. The plan is a blend of actions unique to the manager and proven instruments by industry leaders.

Format: 3 – 6 Months of Periodic Sessions

It is a non-threatening way to engage team members and gain insights – a great foundation from which to move forward.
